Judging Criteria

The submissions to the International Media Literacy Festival - "STEAM and SDG's - powered by AI" - will be rigorously evaluated by the Selection Committee using a set of comprehensive criteria. These criteria have been designed to assess the holistic impact and alignment of each submission with the festival's theme and objectives. The evaluation will be guided by the following criteria:

1. Artistic Excellence:

Creativity and Originality: Uniqueness of the concept, storytelling approach, and overall creativity displayed in the media project.

Visual and Aesthetic Appeal: Quality of visuals, cinematography, and design elements that contribute to the overall visual impact.

2. Academic Relevance:

Theme Alignment: How effectively the media project explores and integrates elements of STEAM, SDG’s, and AI, aligning with the festival's theme.

Educational Value: The project's potential to educate and engage viewers while contributing to the understanding of relevant concepts.

3. Technical Proficiency:

Production Quality: Technical execution, including camera work, sound design, editing, and overall production values.

Technical Innovation: Use of technology and innovative techniques that elevate the quality of the media project.

4. Incorporation of AI:

Innovative AI Integration: The originality and creativity in incorporating AI technologies into the media project.

AI Impact: How effectively AI elements enhance the project's narrative, aesthetics, or interactivity.
