Basic Function and Scope:
Provide Leadership on the IB Diploma and AP Programs
Essential Responsibilities:
- Provides leadership on the IB Diploma program in relation to its aims, subjects, requirements, responsibilities, and regulations to faculty, staff, parents, students, and all stakeholders of the school.
- Oversees selection, admission, and registration of students into the IB program.
- Monitors the IB student progress and, if appropriate, discusses with students, faculty members and parents, the student's academic development.
- Oversees CAS as part of the IB Diploma core and guides the CAS advisers.
- Represents ACS Athens to the IBO organization.
- In conjunction with the Academy Principal, manages the evaluation of faculty teaching IB courses.
- Oversees the AP courses and the AP examination process with the assistance of the AP Coordinator.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Support in the review of Academy handbooks.
- Nurture climate of trust and respect throughout the school amongst students and faculty
- Engage students and faculty in building a school community.
- Represent the secondary school at functions as appropriate.
- Performs all other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Minimum Requirements:
- Master's Degree from an approved institution;
- Valid US certification;
- Minimum three 3 years administrative and/or teaching experience;

Basic Function and Scope:
Duties Performed:
- Performs day-to-day accounting operations: issues receipts/invoices, processes vendors' invoices and payments, reconciles bank accounts daily, communicates with vendors/clients for reconciliation purposes;
- Manages general accounting tasks, including ledger entries and financial record maintenance;
- Oversees accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing;
- Communicates with banks regularly;
- Prepares monthly accounting and financial reports for the administration;
- Prepares monthly payroll and ensures accurate payment of relevant salaries;
- Submits EFKA contributions, payroll taxes, VAT, and freelancers' taxes;
- Performs and monitors hiring and firing procedures via Ergani;
- Monitors and submits VIES invoices;
- Is responsible for My Data entries and tax machines, ensuring all deadlines are met;
- Manages private retirement and health insurance programs, including enrollment and contributions;
- Maintains excellent knowledge of payroll systems, Ergani, and social security employer responsibilities;
- Provides guidance and oversight to junior accounting staff;
- Ensures compliance with school policies and regulatory requirements;
- Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Independence of Operation:

Minimum Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or Accounting;
- Minimum of seven years experience as an accountant;

Basic Functions and Scope:
- EMT related duties (initial):
- Administrative tasks and project management related to the Media Literacy programs, annual Festival and related projects and initiatives;
- Administration of online and social media presence of ACS Athens Global, in collaboration with the Global Admin Team, the Communications Team, especially the Webmaster;
- Administrative support related to the Data Protection function of the school - specifically
- Specifically, assist in schoolwide audit and Data Protection Impact Assessment of all processes, and;
- Collaborate with IT on the new DPO processes on Skyward;
- Administrative support for the GDPR audit, when it happens later; in the year;
- Administration and coordination of EMT Calendar;
- Other related tasks as assigned by the Director of EMT;
- Content Management and Setup of the Tech Portal “Digital Life and Technology” (in collaboration with the Communications Department);
- Assist with administrative tasks and coordination of workflow in the Media Studio management.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited University in Marketing and/or Communications;
- At least two years work experience in Marketing, Communications, or Administrative Assistant;
- Previous experience with event planning;
- Good computer literacy with the flexibility to learn new platforms;

Basic Function and Scope:
Performs a variety of instructional and support tasks in the school as a substitute teacher in the Elementary School, Middle School or Academy as needed. Functions in the capacity of classroom instructors to teach, support and guide all students based on the lesson plans identified by the regular classroom teacher for the set time of substitution. Additionally, performs supervision duties of students, wherever and whenever necessary.
Instructs in the following disciplines but not limited to:
English Language and Literature, Humanities, Mathematics, Science, Greek, Foreign Languages, ESL, Fine Arts, Technology, Physical Education, Elementary School and Early Childhood.
