Steps/Process

Step 1:

Submit the Pre-Admission Application Form for each applicant learner.

Step 2:

A non-refundable application fee must be paid upon submission (€100 for the first child, €50 for each additional child). Please see payment options here.
NOTE: The application will be processed only upon receipt of a paid application fee.

Submit required documentation:

  1. ID or passport copy - Official document(s) certifying age and nationality - as declared on application form.
  2. Official School Reports – Reports from the last and current academic year (translated, if not in English).
  3. From the current school:

    - Learning Support Services Form from the current counselor or principal. This form must be submitted whether a child receives or does not receive learning support services.
    - One (1) Student Reference Forms to be completed by the current teacher. (If the applicant has not yet attended school, the form may be completed by a parent/guardian.)

  1. ID or Passport copy - Official document(s) certifying age and nationality - as declared on application form
  2. Official School Reports – Reports from the last and current academic year (translated, if not in English). For Grades 9-12 official transcripts are required.
  3. Student Statement (handwritten)
  4. From the current school:

    - Learning Support Services Form from the current counselor or principal. This form must be submitted whether a child receives or does not receive learning support services.
    - Two (2) Student Reference Forms to be completed by faculty members (current, core teachers recommended).

Step 3:

Upon review of all required supporting documentation, students may be invited to participate in applicable admissions assessments. Students in PJ–Grade 5 meet with a member of our School Team to evaluate their academic readiness and ensure the best possible placement within our program. Students in Grades 6–12 are assessed in Math and English based on grade-level requirements.

Step 4:

All decisions are communicated with the families through email.

Step 5:

Registration and Scheduling- once admitted.

Important Notice:

Submission of the application and required documents does not automatically mean that the student will be admitted.
