- Payment in full is required upon the submission of the online registration form.Registration and activity selection is valid upon completion of payment;
- Upon payment please state Name of Participant and "Summer Camp";
- ACS Athens reserves the right to decline registrations and payment when camp capacity is reached (week by week);
- Cost of transportation, if needed, is additional. Contact the Transportation Office directly: Mr. Marios Nikolis, transportationoffice@acs.gr, tel. 210-6070-239.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation by Friday May 29, 2026: A refund is possible excluding a non-refundable fee of 100 Euros per registration.
- Cancellation after Friday May 29, 2026: No refund is possible.
Refunds will ONLY be issued in case of a severe injury, accident, or hospitalization. A written refund request must be accompanied by a doctor’s note.
