Kolokotroni, Maria Eleni, Institutional Advancement Support Officer

Maria Eleni Kolokotroni joins the American Community Schools (ACS) of Athens with a deep commitment to effective communication and education. Drawing on over three years of professional experience in language education, research, and structured data handling, she is passionate about fostering connections and sharing knowledge. Her academic foundation in Philology and Slavic Studies has further shaped her expertise in linguistic research, allowing her to seamlessly process and create high-quality multilingual content in Greek, English, and Russian. Always eager to bridge the humanities with modern technology, she has also completed specialized training in Digital Marketing and Generative AI tools.

In her role as the Institutional Advancement Support Officer, Maria Eleni applies her strong communication and analytical skills to support the school’s community outreach and organizational goals. She serves as a central point of contact for the department's daily operations, managing the ToucanTech database, preparing detailed analytics, and coordinating logistics for alumni and fundraising events. Thrilled to contribute to the ACS Athens mission of educational excellence, Maria Eleni brings both dedication and creativity to her team. Outside of work, she is an avid reader who loves writing book reviews on Goodreads and traveling the world to explore new cultures and languages.
