Ms. Sofia Adam is a forward-thinking Senior Human Resources professional with a distinguished background in the banking and software sectors, as well as experience in participating in European Research Projects. She specializes in bridging the gap between data-driven research and human-centric strategy, translating complex metrics into actionable insights that elevate Employer Branding and the Employee Experience.

Sofia believes that Change Management is a human journey of transformation, not just a set of procedures. With continuous learning as her compass, she focuses on turning resistance into certainty, ensuring that our people remain the protagonists of every organizational transition.

Bringing her expertise to international education, Sofia joins ACS Athens to leverage advanced People Analytics and Data Mining for predictive HR modeling and organizational effectiveness. Her goal is to cultivate an environment where talent meets purpose, empowering the professional community to thrive in an evolving global landscape.

Her professional foundation is anchored by an MSc in Marketing and Business Analysis from the University of Edinburgh, for which she was awarded a scholarship for her studies, and a BSc in Economic Science from the University of Piraeus.
