Manoli, Androniki, Middle School/Academy OLP Specialist

Androniki Manoli holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, Pedagogy, and Psychology from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and a Master’s degree in Special Educational Needs from the University of Leeds, UK.
For over a decade, she has worked in international school settings, supporting students with diverse learning needs from Kindergarten through 12th grade. Since 2021, she has been a member of ACS Athens, where she currently serves as an Optimal Learning Specialist in the Middle School and Academy. In this role, she supports students in the Optimal Learning Program (OLP) and collaborates with faculty through co-teaching to foster inclusive classroom practices. Her previous roles at ACS Athens include Shadow Teacher and Inclusion Specialist.
Prior to that, Ms. Manoli worked as a Special Educator in the UK, applying evidence-based interventions for students with neurodevelopmental disorders. She also served as a Learning Support Teacher at the Amsterdam International Community School, where she developed expertise in differentiation and inquiry-based learning. During her undergraduate studies, she volunteered at SOS Children’s Villages, designing psycho-educational activities to support the social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children. Additionally, she has taught Greek as a second/foreign language in the UK and the Netherlands.
Ms. Manoli has actively engaged in professional learning and has presented at conferences and workshops including ECIS, SENIA, and the Athens Education Inclusive Project. She has pursued training in Applied Behavior Analysis, Refugee and Immigrant Education, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Intervention.
She is an advocate of early intervention and inclusive practices, focusing on communication, collaboration, and a strengths-based, student-centered approach. Dedicated to personalized learning, she works closely with teachers, specialists, and families to create meaningful educational experiences.
Outside of school, Ms. Manoli is fond of surfing, hiking,volunteering and art.
