Misirioti, Christina, Aide, Junior Kindergarten

Ms. Christina Misirioti is a dedicated learning guide and creative professional originally from Greece, specializing in early childhood development through the inspired fusion of the arts. She graduated with Honors from the City University of London with a Bachelor of Arts in Dance Theatre and is a fully certified Childcare Assistant. Her background blends a strong foundation in Early Childhood with her professional experience in live theatre acting and performance arts.

Throughout her career, Ms. Misirioti has worked across diverse educational and creative settings. Her artistic background includes professional theatre acting and serving as a hands-on facilitator in teaching movement, improvisation, and dramatic play for ages ranging from elementary students all the way to adults. In her childcare roles, she thrives at managing everyday classrooms, implementing age-appropriate developmental programs, and leading specialized creative movement workshops for young learners.

Dedicated to providing a nurturing, safe, and highly structured environment, she is proficient at monitoring critical developmental milestones and maintaining health and safety protocols. She specializes in fostering both cognitive and physical development in young children through interactive kinetic learning, exploratory movement, and imaginative creative play.

Committed to creating inclusive, welcoming, and high-energy spaces, Ms. Misirioti designs unique movement-based learning experiences that cultivate crucial emotional and social growth. Driven by a deep curiosity about human nature, she is highly interested in psychology and philosophy, fields that naturally enrich her overall understanding of early childhood development. Working together with other passionate educators and experts in the field, she truly enjoys supporting active, collaborative child growth.

At ACS Athens, Ms. Misirioti is delighted to be working with our JK students alongside the JK teaching team, bringing her creativity, energy and passion for movement and early childhood learning into the classroom.
