- Three separate payment notices will be provided to the members; the cost is based on the number of participants in the group (and/or private lessons) and the number of training days in each season.
- Final cost for the High-Performance Athlete Program will be determined once the exact individual training plan is finalized – this is a “custom made” program.
- Payments must be done PRIOR to the first tennis lesson of the upcoming tennis training session
- Dates of closure are excluded from the individual season fees.

Special prices for families & "package" lessons:
- 10% off the individual session cost for each 1st degree family member (minimum of three family members participating).
- 15% off the individual session cost for each 1st degree family member (four or more family members must participate)
- 10% off the individual session cost for any individual member participating in 4 tennis lessons/per week.
- 10% off the individual session cost for each 1st degree family member and or for siblings participating twice/week (each child has two lessons/week).
- 15% off the individual session cost for each 1st degree family member and/or two children practicing in a total of 6 or more lessons per week).
- In case a member qualifies to receive multiple discounts, only the highest reduction will be effective (no cumulative reductions.
- Private lessons are excluded from the discount programs.
- If a member participates in any of the special discount programs, a reduction of weekly training hours OR a reduction of total members participating during the running session is not possible.
- Once a confirmation letter is received by the participant, changes cannot be made and payment of full session will be in effect. (Only medical exception by doctor will be accepted).
Yearly schedule & Dates of closure
The ACS Athens Tennis Academy program is a YEARLY program for the school, beginning in the middle of September and ending in the middle of June. There are three seasons which may allow for changes, although these are kept to a minimum; separate registration is not needed for each season. A fourth independent season will take place as a summer camp and / or a special summer training program.

Days of Closure: OXI day (October 28), Thanksgiving, Winter School break, Clean Monday, Greek Independence Day (March 25), Spring School break, Whit Monday, Graduation Day, Summer holiday. The specific dates will be made available at the beginning of September. (Concerning dates are excluded from the individual season fee).
Important Information
- The immediate cancellation of further participation in tennis lessons concerning an active season is not possible. Members can cancel their participation only for upcoming seasons by submitting an online cancellation form two weeks prior the new season is about to start.
- A recent medical certificate which will clear the child / adult of any medical conditions is needed at the onset/ of the program.
- ACS Athens Tennis Academy daily sessions takes place for children RAIN or SHINE! The ACS Athens Tennis Academy provides alternative tennis lessons on rainy days for the students; Indoor Mini-tennis, Video analyses, general and tennis specific condition/coordination training will be part of a more general training.
- Cancelled adult training lessons (due to bad weather, private or group, will be kept as "Over hours" and can be re-scheduled during other available time slots in the week; in such cases, the tennis coaches will communicate to find a mutually agreed day and time.
- Only in case of injury or longer illness (two weeks and longer) of a member participating in group lessons, concerning lessons will be kept as over hours and a doctor’s note must be provided to the Tennis Academy. Missed training lessons by members due to personal reasons are not considered and no over hours will be kept.
- “Over hours” are played in addition to the regular training schedule! All official school/ ACS Athens tennis academy holidays and week-ends can be used as make up days. Further cancellation of the make- up days by the member, will lead to the loss of the lesson.
- Private tennis training lessons can be cancelled until 5pm of the day prior to the actual lesson date; they cannot be cancelled more than four times during a season and additional cancelations will result in being fully charged and the Athens Tennis Academy has the right to reconsider future training schedules.
