The Art Club aims in creating a safe space for students to explore their love for art and to create artwork together.

Student-led Blossom Memories club is a space where students write their own short-story script and eventually film it.

In the Decoupage and other crafts club, students learn about and create home-made decorative objects using decoupage materials. Students have a project each month to create a seasonally appropriate craft they can take home or use in various settings.

The Middle School dance club focuses on ballet, modern and contemporary dance, where all students feel welcomed and become comfortable being vulnerable around each other.

The Middle School Executive Student Council teaches leadership, responsibility, readiness, respect and demonstrates these virtues.

The Honor Code Club spreads the word about ACS’ culture of Respect. This club focuses on being a role model for the rest of the Middle School, fosters inclusion of all students and promotes ideas for service on the ACS Athens campus.

Exposure to conducting experiments, terminology, and procedure that will be useful for their first year in the Academy. Students will also be engaged in the engineering process: idea, design, building, testing, and redesign.

The MS Debate club aims to create an official, vibrant MS debate community that will participate in several young debater tournaments throughout the year.

An idea inspired for MS students so to act min-roles/parts in plays and short lenght movies! We aim to develop public speaking skills as well as to increase confidence of young individuals on stage!

The Programming/Tech Club will give students the opportunity to take part in programming challenges and perhaps competitions.

The Science Club participates in the NESA Virtual Science Fair. Students use this time to complete experiments they find interesting and fascinating.

The Service Leaders Club keeps students informed about various needs within our community and city that includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the needs amongst refugees in Athens. Students exemplify their commitment through their attendance, enthusiasm, and effort, in order to make this a meaningful experience for those directly involved, as well as the people who are helped through the student service.

The Ultimate Frisbee Club engages students in the sport and teaches them the rules, strategies, and tactics to create a Middle School Frisbee team. Students can learn a new sport in a fun and non-competitive environment.

The Yearbook club puts together the school’s Middle School Yearbook, which is a creative, fun, and great opportunity for students to exhibit and develop a variety of skills (leadership, creativity, art, writing, teamwork, ect).

The Ping Pong Club showcases the benefits of the sport and brings out another athletic option for a lot of students who do not normally participate in athletics.

Wall Climbing is a fun and a physically challenging activity. We are very lucky to have a great indoor facility in our school and it will be nice the MS students to use it more often (besides the 3-4 lessons they are having during the year in PE). This activity is designed to introduce students into various wall climbing skills.
