ACS Athens President, Dr. Peggy Pelonis is currently on a trip to the USA, for meetings with US schools, ACS Athens Alumni and friends as well as for recruiting purposes.

"It was a pleasure to visit the Middle States Association Commissions on Elementary and Secondary Schools in Philadelphia and meet with President Lisa Marie McCauley and Vice President Kelly Christian.

Our discussion focused on the next accreditation protocol of 'Sustaining Excellence" while getting their validation that ACS Athens is a school leading the way with this protocol."

"It's been a good day visiting the University of Pennsylvania and spending some time with Elizabeth Downing, Senior Associate Dean of Admissions. We talked about ACS Athens student applicants and had a great discussion on "Conscious Citizenship", a topic of mutual interest to both institutions!

"Had a great time meeting with Dr. Eric Zillmer, ACS Athens Advisory Council Member, Director of Athletics at Drexel University, and Author of "Principles of Neuropsychology." We talked about ACS Athens students who are thriving at Drexel University and partnerships between our schools.
