During the recent Global Partnership summit interview hosted by NASDAQ, ACS Athens President Dr. Peggy Pelonis highlighted the importance of creating problem-solving mindsets in the youth via education.

"Being aware of both local and global issues and contributing to solutions develops psychological muscle and strengthens internal locus of control. Knowing that a solution to a local problem also contributes to solving a grander problem, as outlined by the Sustainable Development Goals, can be empowering, making youth less susceptible to mental health issues."

Dr. Pelonis along with Adriene Thorpe and Esteban Olivares from UCLA's Summer Discovery further discussed the importance of partnerships in education and beyond with George Sifakis from Ideagen Global.
