The goal of Wellness Week is to promote well-being and inspire young individuals to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

For the rest of the week (until Friday, May 10th), students from all schools will have the opportunity to explore different aspects of wellness (such as athletics, psychology and nutrition) through interactive presentations, workshops, team activities and informative lectures that will take place throughout campus. 

Various activities will take place on Tuesday and Wednesday in the amphitheater (outside of the cafeteria) and/or the covered underpass area in between the Administration Building and Middle School from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Finally, students and faculty/staff are invited to participate in a 4-day Step Challenge. The person who takes the most steps from May 7th to May 10th will be recognized as the Step Champion and will be awarded! Keep screenshots and pictures of your steps each day.
