The spACS team is at it again. Nanoracks has informed ACS that our Nanolab, containing the apparatus, has  passed all checkouts and is currently preparing to launch on the New Shepard rocket at Blue Origin's Texas facilities! ACS Athens apparatus is sitting on Blue Origin's New Shepard rocket together with NASA, Columbia University, and other schools' experiments!

The launch was to take place at 6:30 Tuesday evening but has been rescheduled for today Wednesday at 5.00 pm due to weather conditions.

The teams research question is: "How does microgravity affect the emulsification of ouzo, and the size distribution of petimezi (grape syrup) foam over time? "
