Despite the difficult and challenging circumstances at present, learning  - and achievements - never stop!

ACS Athens' 2020 senior, Melina Opperer, participated as a presenter in the 7th Anatolia College Science and Technology Annual Conference  (ACSTAC 2020), the only International Science Student Conference held in Greece.

As the on-site event was postponed last year due to the pandemic, the online version was held this past Saturday through Zoom.

During the conference, Melina presented online for 10 minutes under Webinar 1 Biology & Humanities: Posters, and the title of her research project was "An investigation into the relationship between sensory physiology and operant learning in Pantherophis gutattus and Python regius snakes," which she conducted last year as her EE in IB Biology.

Congratulations to Melina for her presentation and to ACS Athens Academy Faculty Dr. Prodromidi for her guidance and support of such significant work!
