In the spirit of the holiday season, the Part-time Youth-to-Youth Educational and Social Integration Program hosted a heartwarming event on Saturday, December 16, at 12:00 in the Learning Commons. The celebration aimed to spread joy and foster connections among the Part-Time Youth to Youth students from The HOME Project Organization and ACS Athens student volunteers.

The highlight of the event was introducing the Youth to Youth students to the magic of AI through  "Niki," a remarkable humanoid robot developed by 11th-grade ACS Athens student Andrianos Botsos and his father, Ilias Botsios. Niki played a pivotal role in creating an inclusive and interactive environment, providing a unique opportunity for the Youth to Youth students to explore and engage with artificial intelligence.

The Learning Commons buzzed with excitement as students, volunteers, and attendees gathered to witness the magic unfold. Laughter and joy echoed in the air as Niki interacted with the young participants.

The ACS Athens PTO generously supported the event by providing gifts and holiday sweets for all the Part-time Youth to Youth students.

The Part-time Youth-to-Youth Educational and Social Integration Program, dedicated to promoting inclusivity, successfully created an atmosphere of friendship, love, and hope, fostering connections and bridging gaps between diverse communities.

The celebration served as a shining example of how innovation, empathy, and community spirit can come together to make a lasting impact on the lives of those involved.

Let us carry the spirit of friendship, love, and hope into the coming days, embodying the true essence of the holiday season.
