Throughout the three-day event, ACS Athens faculty actively contributed to discussions exploring how artistic innovation can be a powerful driver for positive change in the face of global challenges, including climate change. The ACS Athens team shared their unique educational perspectives, each presentation resonating deeply with the Summit's mission of unity and sustainability.
Dr. Syropoulos, Ms. Gkioni, and Ms. Thanopoulou presented their innovative framework, "The Inquiry and Performance Learning Model: Unveiling Ancient Wisdom in the Age of AI." This approach, grounded in social constructivism and Theater in Education, integrates classical philosophical insights with modern educational techniques to equip students with the skills necessary to navigate an AI-driven world ethically and thoughtfully.Additionally, Ms. Gkioni led a thought-provoking session titled "Shared Landscapes: Nature as the Protagonist of the Show," which highlighted nature’s central role in storytelling. Her presentation underscored the importance of environmental awareness and the interdependence of life, showing how nature profoundly shapes human experience and artistic expression.
ACS Athens is proud of our faculty’s commitment to advancing arts in education and to their role in these global conversations, inspiring our community to imagine and create a brighter, more interconnected future
