On Wednesday, May 28th 2019, the school’s soccer field was filled with a rainbow of bright colors as the annual MS Field day took place. Approximately 200 students, wearing their House T-shirt, (Trojans YELLOW, Spartans BLUE, Athenians GREEN, Corinthians RED, Macedonians PURPLE) gathered at the backfield ready to take part in a friendly “battle” in hopes of finishing in 1st place. All of the students chanted enthusiastically for their respective House team as they took part in various challenging, yet humorous activities. Some of these activities included: (‘’Water Balloon Toss’’, ‘’Hang Up - Take Down Relay”, Sponge Relay”, Time Machine Relay ‘’Survivor I” ‘’Survivor II”, ‘’Tug of War’’) Students ran, crawled, got wet, and went through obstacles as they fought ‘til the very end so to gain the most points they could for their House team. In completing these challenges, students were educated on and displayed sportsmanship, collaboration, effort, team work, unity, and diversity. The final points for each House after participating in the events/ activities were:

• 1st place: SPARTANS with 405 points
• 2nd place: TROJANS with 375 points
• 3rd place: ATHENIANS with 350 points
• 4th place: CORINTHIANS with 335 points
• 5th place: MACEDONIANS with 255 points
