The Elementary School Student Council launched their Valentine's initiative, whose goal was to share love, joy, happiness and to promote the sense of community within the ACS Athens Elementary School.
During the week leading to Valentine's day, the ACS Athens Elementary School students were invited to buy a Valentine's card for anyone in the Elementary School from the "Valentine's table" that was set up outside the Elementary School building and managed by the Student Council members along with the co-advisors, Ms. Gennimata and Ms. Karatza.
Each Valentine's card comprised of a heart and a piece of chocolate, while a short appreciation message could be included on the back of the card.
On Valentine's day, the Student Council representatives distributed the cards to their recipients, making their classmates happy and spreading smiles and positivity!
All the money collected will support a good cause agreed upon by the Student Council members and will be soon shared with the rest of the school.
