Mrs. Lanari is a graduate of the American College of Greece with a major in music and holds a music therapy certification from Athens Conservatoire "Opera." Her teacher training at Kingston University focused on the EYFS setting for ages 3-7. With extensive experience supporting early childhood development in various English schools, including forest school environments, she is passionate about outdoor learning and hands-on experiences. Her expertise lies in play-based learning, child-centered approaches, and proficiency in Makaton sign language and cued articulation. This proficiency enables her to create an inclusive classroom environment that supports diverse learning needs, including Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and those for whom English is an Additional Language (EAL). With a strong background working with SEND and EAL students, Mrs. Lanari prioritizes fostering an inclusive classroom atmosphere where each student feels valued and supported. Embracing cross-cultural activities for student engagement, Mrs. Lanari's teaching philosophy centers on creating safe and empathetic spaces.
