Psoma, Dimitra, Faculty, Greek Language

Ms. Dimitra Psoma holds a Greek Language and Literature Bachelor’s Degree from the National University of Athens (Greece) majoring in Linguistics, and a Master of Arts in Translation from the University of New Hampshire (USA). This is her eighth year at ACS Athens.

Ms. Psoma has been teaching English and Greek to students of all levels, as well as preparing students for their university Entrance Exams for 14 years. Last year, she taught the Greek 2 as Language B to Academy Students. This year, she is teaching Greek to elementary students from kindergarten to-5th grade and Greek 5, which is a course offered to Academy students who have achieved Greek proficiency and wish to further strengthen their language skills. Ms. Psoma has successfully completed a 9-month seminar offered by the Aegean University under the subject: Greek as a Second/Foreign Language.
