The introductory texts and material focus on mythology and are adapted from references or produced by the instructor. Additional material supports different activities to enhance the learning process creating a student-friendly online environment. It provides acquaintance with the language, enough to allow students to communicate on an everyday basis. Reading, listening and writing are encouraged while students familiarize themselves with multiple resources of language exposure and are taught to read in order to be able to recognize written Greek they might come into contact with, on an everyday basis. Students practice through different assignments, verbal and written language skills. Basic grammatical structures are taught through simple dialogues and phrases, but also a review of grammar and verbs supports a more in-depth study of the language.
