Course description

Art Appreciation 2 continues to look at art from an analytical, psychological, and historical perspective. This class will dive deeper into the concept of the artist as a storyteller, problem-finder, illusionist and activist. We will be looking at multiple contemporary and historical artists that give examples of these concepts. We will also learn more about the art elements and principles and practice them together in a series of art projects.
