IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Pre registration needed by June 1st with a 100 € deposit (activity selection will be honored by registration priority; (also available online: www.acs.gr)
- Summer Camp Administration must be informed upon registration of any special health restrictions/need of the participant
- Participants will receive camp memorabilia (t-shirt, hat, water bottle)
- Activities program may change if needed (i.e heat wave)
- Parents must confirm their child’s participation and provide final camp payment during the weeks of June 6th -17th. Parents must come by the school to receive final information package with activity schedule and other camp materials
- Αctivity selection can change ONLY by a written request from the parents; requests will be honored based on activity availability
- ACS Athens reserves the right to change the daily activities for any unforeseen circumstances
- Snacks and lunch is provided during the day
- “Lost and found” boxes will be available near the summer camp office and in the pool area
Refund Policy:
- The pre registration fee deposit is a non refundable fee
- Once payment for the program is made, a full refund will be issued only if notice of cancellation is given by phone or in person 3 days prior to the start of the program. After this deadline 50% of the camp fee will be deducted if cancellation occurs.
- No refund after the start of the program
- Refunds based on medical conditions will be made only when accompanied by a letter from a physician
- Transportation costs are in addition to camp fees and vary according to the specific routes
- Transportation routes and times will be communicated to parents on the week-end prior to the start of the camp. For transportation matters you may call: 210-6393-200 (ext. 239)
