The Learning Commons Summer Scholars Program

Exciting Opportunities for Academy and Middle School students at ACS Athens
Academy Courses →Middle School Courses →

What is the aim of the program?

This exceptional program is composed of a variety of summer courses which allow Middle School and Academy school students to spend part of their summer constructively and expand their intellectual curiosity. Students have the opportunity to explore, research and investigate various disciplines thereby sparking new ideas and concepts in their ever-developing minds.

Another exciting component is the opportunity for currently enrolled 8th grade students, and Academy students to earn credit depending on the course they chose.

Our courses

The courses run for two weeks with the expectation of Physical Education which runs for three weeks. They are led by ACS Athens faculty who share their knowledge in a fun and constructive way. Students benefit from the sharing of knowledge as new topics are explored and investigated. We are happy to announce that this year we will collaborate with an external team of professionals who will lead the SAT course.

Don't miss the opportunity to learn and interact with professionals and students who have similar interests in a structured environment!
