Curriculum Highlights

1. Swimming

The Physical Education curriculum consists of a number of units at the Elementary, Middle School and High School levels. Presently we are in the third and final year of the Swimming curriculum implementation - the swimming curriculum was introduced first to the Elementary School, then to the Middle School and now in the HIgh School. The swimming program is delivered in month sessions each of the age levels.

2. Fitness Mondays

A special program for the High School students; it takes place on Mondays and focuses on fitness assessment as well as basic fitness principles. Students have the opportunity to create their own fitness program and monitor their own improvement. Classes take place mainly in the weight room and our soccer field.

3. Dance Mondays

A special program for the Middle School students that takes place every Monday. Students are taught a number of Greek dances thus being introduced to the Greek culture.
