Registration & Fees


Registration  may be done via an online process; you will be successfully registered  only when you complete the application and the payment.

Fees can be paid via cash payments, or as outlined below (Bank wire transfer or deposit).  In the latter cases, please download this form and return by email to or fax to the attention of Melina Vassiliadis at +30 210 6390051.

When you make a bank deposit or wire transfer, please note your deposit as "Assessment Summer Program 2013", and include your name, for better handling of payment.

Please do not forget to also send the registration form, or fill out this e-form - If you are using the Bank wire transfer /deposit payment method, at left.


Registration fees are based on the date of receipt of the registration form and full payment.  The prices indicated are per person and are only applicable if both the registration form and the payment are received before the deadline dates listed below; otherwise the higher registration fee will apply.

Registration is not confirmed until payment has been received.

Exchange and Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend, your ticket can be used by another person.

A full refund will be given for cancellations made prior to May 31, 2013.
Cancellations made after May 31, 2013 will be charged a 30% cancellation fee.

Cancellations must be in writing to Melina Vassiliadis at,, and will be acknowledged by return email.  If applicable, reimbursements will be made following the Conference.



The fees are charged as a flat rate for the duration of the program and it includes participation in all classes offered, as well as all coffee breaks.

  • Early Bird Registration : € 450  -  If registering by April 20, 2013
  • Registration Rate #1 : € 500  -  If registering from April 21 - May 15, 2013
  • Registration Rate #2 : € 600  -  If registering from May 16 - June 15, 2013
  • Late Registration : € 700  -  If registering after June 15, 2013
