On March 30th, at the beautiful amphitheater of Benaki Museum, ACS Athens proudly accepted the Green Flag of the Eco-Schools Program. This recognition isn't just any other award, but a reflection of our school community’s dedication to making a difference for our planet through a variety of recycling initiatives implemented since 2021. Gracious thanks go out to the “Hellenic Society for the Protection of Nature” for recognizing the merit of those initiatives. This award truly embodies ACS Athens's vision of fostering conscious citizenship and a sustainable mindset above and beyond the classroom. Congratulations to the ACS Athens Elementary - Middle School & Academy recycling teams and their advisors for supporting the implementation of this program, and contributing to its success.
