ACS Athens Students & Returning Non-ACS Athens Families

Log in
  1. Log in to your "Family Access" account in Skyward;
  2. Select "New Request" from the left-hand menu;
  3. Select "Summer Camp" from the drop-down menu;
  4. Fill in all required forms and submit;
  5. Approval email within one business day;
  6. Proceed to payment in full;
  7. Confirmation email.

For KIDDOS/JUNIORS/TEENS only:

a) Follow steps 1-5 as described above and once you receive the approval email proceed to Activity Selection in the Arena Scheduling.
b) For common activities with a friend, choose identical activities for each period of every week in Arena Scheduling.

New Summer Camp Participants (Non-ACS Athens Families)

Create a USER ACCOUNT

Please create a USER ACCOUNT in order to submit an application for your child for Summer Camp.

  1. Log in to your "Family Access" account in Skyward;
  2. Select "New Request" from the left-hand menu;
  3. Select "Summer Camp" from the drop-down menu;
  4. Fill in all required forms and submit;
  5. Approval email within one business day;
  6. Proceed to payment in full;
  7. Confirmation email.

Activities Change Policy for Kiddos/Juniors/Teens:

Parents may change their childrens’ schedule online, pending on availability, until the following deadline:

  • For Week 1, starting Monday, June 22 the last changes permitted are by Friday, June 12, 12.00 noon.
  • For Week 2, starting Monday, June 29, the last changes permitted are by Friday June 19, 12.00 noon.

After the above deadlines no changes are allowed and any request must be submitted submitted via email to summercamp@acs.gr.

ACS Athens retains the right to modify activities due to severe weather conditions. In addition, certain activities may be canceled if there aren’t enough participants registered.

Refund Policy:

  • Cancellation by May 29: A refund is possible excluding a non-refundable fee of 100 Euros per registration;
  • Cancellation after May 29: No refund is possible; Refunds will ONLY be issued in case of a severe injury, accident, or hospitalization. A written refund request must be accompanied by a doctor's note.
