Τhe Elementary School Honor Code visited the Archelon’s Sea Turtle Rescue Centre on Saturday, May 21st, 2022. It was a fun and meaningful experience to culminate a great year. 

Honor Code members participated in a Turtle Rescue Tour which included: 

• A private, guided educational-tour of the treatment facilities and the sea turtle rehabilitation area.
• Learning interesting facts about how to protect sea turtles' nesting beaches in Greece.

Students and families teamed up to raise awareness and support the work of Archelon in monitoring, protecting and rescuing sea turtles and their nests.

Honor Code will also be fundraising during the ACS Athens Spring Fair on June 5th to raise money to adopt a sea turtle.

All in all, it was a truly amazing day, full of observations, questions, and excitement.
