"I think we can all agree that redesigning our classes to accommodate online learning can be challenging. I have definitely felt that way with music!
I believe it is crucial for students to continue to have a safe outlet to express their creativity.
This past week, the ACS Athens Music Ensemble (Academy students, Grades 9-12) completed an individual Music Creativity Project.
These students chose their piece, arranged it, learned the various parts, recorded, and mixed the different instruments together completely independently.
They all really enjoyed the process, and I learned so much by listening to the submissions.
It gives me great pleasure to share with you two amazing projects that were created by our students:
"You and the Night and the Music," created by Ali Y (11th Grade) and "Stella," created by Alex M (12th Grade)
They ROCK (literally)!
