ACS Athens is proud to announce that three of our alumnae will represent the Greece Women’s National Basketball Team in their upcoming international match against Switzerland on June 18.

  • Pinelopi Pavlopoulou (Class of 2014) – A former Washington State University athlete and graduate, Pavlopoulou is also a longtime member of the Greek international program.
  • Mariella Fasoula (Class of 2015) – Played NCAA basketball at Boston College and Vanderbilt University from where she graduated.  She has played in Spain, Greece and the USA. She has played on the Greek National Team since 2014.
  • Elena Bosgana (Class of 2021) – Recently graduated from Stanford University, where she played NCAA Division I basketball. She was a standout for Greece in the U16 and U20 programs, leading the FIBA U20 European Division B Championship in scoring (19 ppg) and contributing 7 rebounds per game.

All three athletes were stars on the ACS Athens women’s basketball team during their high school years, and now continue to lead with excellence and passion on the global stage.
