Giannikopoulou, Maria, Coordinator of Recreational and Sports Activities

Ms. Giannikopoulou was born and raised in Greece. She holds an MBA from the University of New Hampshire, an Executive Diploma in Marketing from Hellenic American College Mediterranean, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration & Management.

For the past 12 years, Maria has worked at the American Community School of Athens, where she has gained extensive experience across multiple departments, including the elementary library, Human Resources, IT, Bookstore, Procurement Office, and as an Accountant in the Business Office within the Institute of ACS Athens. Her professional background also includes roles in customer service, team leadership, operations management, and accounting support in both private and public sector organizations.

She is very excited about this new role and looks forward to bringing her experience, dedication, and energy to this opportunity.
