Employment Policy

U.S. hired faculty

Depending on field of teaching:

  • Academic Degree (s) in Education;
  • Valid U.S. Teaching Certificate/License (or foreign equivalent if educator credentials were earned outside the USA);
  • At least 2 years of full-time classroom teaching experience at the elementary/secondary level, in the US school systems;

Stateside Recruiting

We regularly attend Overseas Recruiting Fairs to fill our faculty vacancies.  Upcoming visits include:

  • Harvard Graduate School of Education - Harvard Recruiting Fair on January 25, 2017.

  • University of Northern Iowa - Recruiting Fair on February 3 - 5, 2017.

Vacancies are posted to the website (HR section) when they become available.

Local hired faculty

According to the Greek Government rules & regulations concerning the employment of non-Greek citizens (without Greek I.D. card), candidates must possess the following:

  • Academic Degree (s) in Education;
  • Valid U.S. Teaching Certificate/License(or foreign equivalency if credentials were earned outside the USA);
  • At least 2 years of full-time classroom teaching experience at the elementary/secondary level, preferably in the US school systems;
  • Valid residence/work permit
