Dear visitors:

Welcome to The Financial Office department. Our goal is to service the financial needs of  our constituents; students, parents, faculty and community at large, being responsible for all money related transactions of the school, e.g. budgeting, tuition billing  and collection,  school purchases, vendor payments, third party contracts, bank relations, accounting, cash flow, taxes, financial reporting, repairs and maintenance, new projects,  etc.

Yearly, our school financial statements are audited by an independent auditing firm. We operate based on the policies set by the school Board of Trustees and report to the school President.

The department consists of the following five professionals:

•  Andreas Vagelatos, Payroll and Benefits accountant, (Vagelatosa@acs.gr)
•  Nancy Vogopoulou, General Accountant, (Vogopouloun@acs.gr)
•  Laura Kordolaimi, Cashier, tuition billing & collections, (Kordolaimil@acs.gr)
•  Marianna Savvas, Purchasing Agent and department secretary, (Savvasm@acs.gr).

In addition the department is responsible for 6 more employees, mainly in the school maintenance and general clerical areas.
