Summer Aviation & Flight Academy, June 13, 2017

Through our partnership with Hellenic American University (HAU), ACS Athens Academy students with a passion for/interest in aviation and flight now have one additional summer study opportunity in Athens.

Learn about the principles of aviation and flight in an exciting program that combines in-class sessions, hands-on learning at the Athens International and Megara airports, and flight lessons with a state-of-the-art flight simulator.

Course Profile

Deadline: June 21, 2017   extended!

Duration: June 26 - July 14, 2017

Venues: Megara and Athens International airports.   All class work at HAU, downtown Athens

Courses:

  • Fundamentals of Aviation & Flight (Introductory)
  • Global Aviation Management & Operations (Advanced)
  • Flight Operations (Advanced)

Faculty: Qualified Aviation / Flight instructors

Distribution / Structure : 45 hours of instruction

Class: For high-school students 14 - 16 years old

Credit : 1 elective credits, towards fulfillment of the ACS Athens graduation requirement; 3 college credits

Cost: € 375 (payable to HAU)
