ACS ATHENS ALUMNI  DECEMBER 13TH 2010 BOARD ELECTION CANDIDATE FORMS

The ACS Athens Alumni Association welcomes its alumni to run for the two-year Board of Directors in the upcoming December 13th, 2010 elections. We are looking forward to recruiting a positive, strong board to lead our Association, to bring us all together and support our alma mater, as per the association mission.

In order to avoid any confusion or misunderstanding, and to simplify the procedure as much as possible, we have outlined the guidelines, rules and regulations below for the December Election Candidate Nominations on the attached Candidate Nomination Form. Once the candidate list has been compiled and the ballots are completed, we will send you specific guidelines on how to vote (after November 29th). We are pleased to announce that voting will be available on-line to make it possible for all our alums to have voting power. BUT if you are in Greece, make sure your mark December 13th on your calendar as we will be combining elections with a festive Christmas Reception! 

I would like to submit my application as a Board Candidate, what do I need to do?

• You MUST submit your Candidate form at least two weeks prior to the elections. Candidate forms will not be accepted after the closing date (November 29, 2010).
• Candidates will not be permitted to be nominated from the floor on the evening of the elections.
