Interactive Teaching Technologies & Their Role in Today’s Learning

Presentation or Workshop Description:

With over 10+ years experience in Interactive Teaching Technologies, Mina Michaelides – representing DYMO Mimio and M-Data SA -- will provide an overview of how schools from around the world use Interactive Teaching Technologies in today’s classrooms.  The presentation includes interesting facts & statistics, as well as, examples of actual interactive lessons.  In addition, participants will have the opportunity to see in action the best Interactive Teaching Tools available on the market today.  Lastly, we will explore how interactive teaching technology can help children who face difficulties in learning.

Presentation or Workshop Learning Objectives (what participants should learn/take away from the presentation or workshop):

The audience will:

  • Understand what type of interactive technologies are available in today’s teaching environment. 
  • Get an overview of how such technology can help special needs teaching and in general how it can be used in the classroom, using real examples.
  • Learn interesting facts on the international use of interactive teaching technologies. 
  • Be motivated and inspired to introduce similar techniques in their classrooms.
